Drillers Fall Short, 3-2, at Philadelphia
|

In 8 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 0, and allowing 2 runs. J.R. Arnold closed the game out for Philadelphia, earning his 1st save.
The Freedom got a big at-bat from third baseman Wilmer Carrico. For the game, Carrico went 1 for 3 with a double. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 7th double of the season gave Philadelphia a 2-1 lead.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Record.
