Wright Swings for the Cycle
Some days everything just falls in place.

It all came together for Billy Wright and the Orlando Blackbirds today at Champions Ballpark. The Blackbirds went home winners and the center fielder had a 4-for-5 day that included the cycle, a baseball rarity.

"He sure was a wrecking ball today," said Orlando manager Wes Robinson following his club's 8-2 taming of the Janesville Rolling Thunder.

Billy Wright hit a solo-shot off Tripp McGuire in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and tripled in the 8th.

Thus far this year Wright is hitting .289 with 6 home runs, 30 RBIs and 56 runs scored.
