Gibbs Brilliant as Millers Top Dinos, 3-0
|
In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
In a well-pitched game between the Pittsburgh Millers and the Los Angeles Dinos, pitcher Stephen Gibbs was fantastic. The Pittsburgh right-hander helped his team secure the win, 3-0. The Millers saw their record improve to 66-69.
Gibbs made it look easy. He scattered 3 hits over 7 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The right-hander upped his season record to 14-9.
"Like I've always said, I'm the straw that stirs the drink," Gibbs said (again).
