The Blues got a big at-bat from second baseman Jay Sharpe. For the game, Sharpe went 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Windy City a 2-0 lead.
