The New York Cyclones relied on the hitting of second baseman Tariq Alston to stop the Windy City Blues, 9-4. For the game, Alston went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. New York pitcher Oscar Dudzik got the win, upping his record to 6-0. James Peters got the loss. New York, at 21-6, has sizzled in the early going.
