Win Streak Now at 6 for Bats
|
The Washington Bats dealt the Baltimore Bulldogs a 6-3 loss at The Capitol. Dominick Hanneken was the star on offense. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Bats, now 17-6, have hit the ground running this season.
Early in the game, Hanneken had a 2-run home run for Washington. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Bats on top, 2-0.
"I like our mindset right now," said Washington manager Pat Fiume.
