Kodiaks Lose Again, 5-2, to Dinos
Los Angeles rode a decent outing from starter Ian Cooley to victory over the California Kodiaks. The final score was 5-2. The Dinos, now 15-8, have been playing some good baseball.

Shawn Hickey dealt the Kodiaks a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with the bases loaded and Los Angeles leading 2-0, Hickey, who is tied for 5th in the IL in triples with 2, hit a 0-2 slider for a 2-run single.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Los Angeles manager K.J. Young.
