The Pawtucket Patriots picked up a win at The Big Top, knocking off the Indianapolis Clowns, 2-1. Starting pitcher Allan Allen was a big reason why. The loss makes the Clowns 7-14.

Pawtucket used the timely hitting of Ean Fink to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Patriots on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I found a nice groove out there," said Allen.
