Millers Down Wildcats, 6-5
Byron Carlton was instrumental in his team's 6-5 triumph over the Wilmington Wildcats. The right fielder went 6 for 8 with a double and 5 singles for the Pittsburgh Millers. Dakarai Johnson, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. The Wildcats fall to 6-11 and continue their lackluster start to the 2060 season.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 15th, until Carlton delivered big-time for Pittsburgh, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Dillon Vossen. The game-changing hit put the Millers on top, 6-5.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Carlton.
