Long Island Befuddled by Yost in 6-0 Loss
It wasn't easy but Blake Yost made it look that way.

Yost silenced the Long Island Navigators, 6-0, in a Des Plaines Golden Heroes triumph at Playboys Ballpark. Despite the appearance of dominance, Yost said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 1 walk and 5 hits.

"It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
