The Montreal Exports picked up a win at The Brewery, knocking off the Toronto Canadians, 8-6. On the mound for Montreal was left-hander Hudson Bell, who played a pivotal role in the win. The win gives Montreal a record of 7-7.

Charleston Chesney dealt the Canadians a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with the bases loaded and Montreal leading 5-0, Chesney hit a 2-2 cutter for a 2-run single.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Chesney told the Montreal Daily News.
