The home crowd had a good time watching the Denver Bulls and Philadelphia Freedom get after it.

The Philadelphia Freedom beat the Denver Bulls, 7-4, at Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower Field. The win was due in part to left fielder Walter Muller, who was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Philadelphia reliever Quin Mueller was the winner. His record is now 6-1. Darien Melton took the loss. Jonah Gower earned the save for Philadelphia, his 24th of the year.

Muller had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Freedom went on to win.

"I like the vibe in the clubhouse after a win," said Muller. "It sure beats the alternative."

The Freedom win now puts them at 53-64.
