The home crowd had a good time watching the Windy City Blues and Indianapolis Clowns get after it.

The Indianapolis Clowns racked up a win at The Big Top, bumping off the Windy City Blues, 7-0. Charles Hofer, who started for Indianapolis, pitched effectively for his team. Hofer went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 2, and struck out 7. His record improves to 7-10.

Grady Faulkner dealt the Blues a blow in the bottom of the second. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Indianapolis leading 1-0, Faulkner, who finished 4th in the DL in doubles with 44 in 2057, hit a 2-2 curveball for a 2-run double.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Indianapolis manager Garett Antcliff.
