Jakob Hilliard, who finished 3rd in the IL in wins with 17 in 2062, was locked in. The left-hander led the Carolina Tobs to a 7-3 win against the Baltimore Bulldogs at Hurricane Rice Arena. Kayden Garrido notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 3 hits in 3.1 innings. His record now sits at 5-6. Picking up the save was 29-year old right-handed pitcher Logan Bunnell.

Evan Ochs provided a timely hit. The Carolina second baseman delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the eighth inning to put the Tobs on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Ochs said.
