Dockery Stars in 6-5 Loss to Baltimore
|
The inspired effort of Dallas first baseman Erik Dockery was not enough to prevent a loss, 6-5, to the Baltimore Bulldogs. Dockery hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. After today's action, Baltimore sits at 41-48, while Dallas falls to 36-53.
With two out in the top of the ninth, Joseph Olsen had a game-changing hit. The Bulldogs center fielder slammed a 2-run single off Chase Kunstman, making the score 6-5, Baltimore.
"This kind of win will certainly make our fans happy," Olsen told the Baltimore Observer.
