Behind a solid performance from first baseman Greg Thomas, the California Kodiaks defeated the Batavia Muckdogs, 5-2. Thomas was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Kodiaks. California is now 43-42.
