Today marks the beginning of the International League preseason. Clubs have received word of their 2013 schedule and preparations are already under way. Spring training, evaluation and preseason exhibition games are just a few of the tasks that await a general manager's attention as teams start setting into motion their championship plans.
Please don't forget to set your scouting budget and player development budget during the pre-season!
