Leon Stretches Hit String to 20 Wednesday, September 19th , 2012 51s second baseman Maxwell Leon has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 1-for-4 in today's game against the Oklahoma Redhawks. Las Vegas won the ballgame, 3-2. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Maxwell Leon grounded out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, doubled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. This year, Leon is hitting .318 with 103 hits, 13 home runs, 56 RBIs and has scored 63 runs. |
