The Anaheim Angels defeated the Boston Red Sox, 4-1, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Michael Cuddyer was one of the standouts for Anaheim. His 3 hits included 2 singles and 1 triple, in addition to the 1 run he scored and 1 he knocked in. Anaheim pitcher Michael Neu got the win, upping his record to 9-0. Jake Arrieta got the loss. The Angels, at 84-56, sit in second place in the AL West Division.
