White, Admirals Wallop Atoms in Game 3 of WPBL DS
|
Riding the 2-hit performance of first baseman David White, the Bremerton Admirals got a road win against the Kennewick Tri-City Atoms, 8-2, in Game 3 of the WPBL Division Series. White went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Admirals, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 3 games to 0.
A key moment came with two out in the top of the third. That's when White hit a sinker from Yong-jik Koo for a 2-run double, putting Bremerton up, 3-0.
"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said White.
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at New Sanders-Jacobs Field in Kennewick.
