Rivermen Buried - Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 23rd , 2007 Not even a late-season surge can save the Fremont Rivermen playoff hopes this season. The team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Fremont last appeared in the postseason in 2003. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 15-year history. |
