Pappas Has Season End Monday, August 6th , 2001 Clearly dejected, Erik Pappas left the Stockton clubhouse nearly in tears this afternoon. He acknowledged that his season is over after sustaining a torn back muscle in a ballgame recently. It brings an early end to the Stockton right fielder's season. Currently Pappas has 4 home runs and a .290 batting average. |
