Almost There: Toronto On Cusp of World Series Triumph After 10-9 Win
When the games really matter, the Toronto Blue Jays put on their best show, beating the San Francisco Giants by a final score of 10-9 today. Juan Gonzalez belted 3 home runs. Toronto now leads San Francisco 3-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

The game ended with a bang. In the bottom of the 14th, with Toronto trailing 9-8, Omar Vizquel jumped on a full count cutter from Zach Bowen for a 2-run home run, sending the Blue Jays to a walk-off win.

"I like our moxie," said Blue Jays manager Greg Foss.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at SkyDome in Toronto.
