Dogs Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, August 31st , 2039 Fans of the Chicago Dogs will no doubt look back at a handful of games and wonder what could have been, if only a few things had gone differently. For now, the focus turns to next season, as the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Before this season, the Dogs last missed the playoffs in 2037. In the 20 years they have been a American Association franchise, they have missed the playoffs 14 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Dogs have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
