Worthman Takes Best Bat Trophy in August Thursday, September 1st , 2039 Lancaster JetHawks fans believe they've got a talented young star in Bob Worthman. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .295 with 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and 20 runs scored. The end result was the right fielder being named the California League Batter of the Month. Thus far this year Worthman is hitting .328 with 11 home runs, 28 RBIs and 24 runs scored. |
