Klatka Tosses 6-0 Shutout Sunday, August 14th , 2039 Randy Klatka hurled a fine game for the Norfolk Tides at Harbor Park today, holding the Rochester Red Wings to 7 hits in a shutout win. "When he started out, his command wasn't that good, but he's a tough guy," Norfolk manager Jose Amador said. "The more pitches he throws, the better his command is." The right-hander had 7 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 6-0 victory. "An outstanding job," Rochester manager Francisco Leandro said. "We couldn't get anything going. Every time we got a hit, he got out of the jam. He pitched a terrific game." In 8 starts this season Klatka has gathered 4 wins while suffering 3 losses.
