Done Deal: Cuevas for Pacheco Monday, December 5th , 2039 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Minnesota Twins have agreed to a deal that will have 18-year old minor league RHP Tim Seitz and 16-year old minor league RHP David Cuevas heading to Minnesota in exchange for 37-year old SS Izaac Pacheco. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Minnesota will retain a portion of Pacheco's remaining contract. Pacheco has a lifetime average of .235, has played in 2230 games, and has collected 388 home runs and 1154 RBIs. |
