Setback for Rockies and Pete Larmore Thursday, November 3rd , 2039 Pete Larmore, third baseman for the Colorado Rockies, was making great progress in healing a broken hand according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Pete was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 4 months before he will be able to rejoin the club." Pete Larmore is expected to undergo surgery in Denver(Colorado) tomorrow. For his career, Larmore has hit at a .310 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 1875 hits, 452 doubles, 26 triples, 330 home runs and 1153 RBIs. |
