Mike Mendoza was a big reason for the victory, as he threw 8 innings, with 8 strikeouts, while allowing 3 hits, no walks and no runs. "It was a big stage, but in the end it's still just pitching," he said. The Tupper Lake RiverPigs will play against the Georgia Rhinos in the next round.
