Extra-Inning Win by Tortugas Over Threshers
The Daytona Tortugas got a magnificent performance from pitcher Max Schwartz, who stifled the Clearwater offense en route to a 3-1 Tortugas win at Spectrum Field. The save was credited to Joe Raker, his 27th. Daytona, with the win, is 45-92.

Though he did not get the decision, Schwartz did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 7 innings, until Daytona eventually rallied past the Threshers.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Schwartz.
