Travelers Win 8-6 Walk-Off
The Arkansas Travelers downed the Amarillo Sod Poodles, 8-6. The hitting star was left fielder Tim Parnell. Parnell was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Travelers. Jon Ocasio earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 3.1 innings. Parnell sent the crowd into a frenzy when he belted a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth. The clutch hit put his team in the win column.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Parnell said.
