Frisco RoughRiders starter Keith Abrams was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Midland RockHounds, 10-8. Bob Zawisa earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record is now 1-1. Earning his 4th save of the year was Salvatore Baca.

The most critical at-bat came in the top of the tenth inning. With no one out, Jose Romero hit a 2-1 fastball from Ian Billington for a 2-run single. It put Frisco in front, 10-8.

"It was terrific getting this win," Abrams said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
