The Akron RubberDucks defeated the Harrisburg Senators, 6-5, at FNB Field today. Leading the charge for Akron was right fielder Kevon Daisley. He went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Akron has now won 3 in a row.

In the top of the 6th, pinch hitter Mike Pitzl gave Akron the lead when he hit a bases-clearing double. The RubberDucks had been trailing 3-1, but the two-out double off Harrisburg pitcher Phil Lawson changed that -- and Akron went on to win.

"Winning is the only objective," said Daisley after the game.
