Reno and Sacramento duked it out and the Aces came out victorious.

The Reno Aces got a stellar performance from pitcher Josh Germano, who handcuffed the Sacramento offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Sutter Health Park. The Aces raised their record to 37-65.

Zach Breslow broke a 1-1 tie in the top of the third with a run-scoring strikeout. It put the Aces in front, 2-1. For the game, Breslow was 1-3 with a walk and was hit by a pitch.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Reno manager Luis Vilorio.
