Oklahoma City picked up a win at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, bumping off the Iowa Cubs, 4-3. Pitcher Joe Sarkies was a major reason the Dodgers emerged victorious. The winner in relief was Danny Tavarez. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 3-1. The first-place Dodgers are now 67-61, the Cubs 64-64.

With the game on the line, Rory Ambrose came to bat in the bottom of the tenth. And the Oklahoma City left fielder came through, cracking a solo home run off Hector Riveiro, the Iowa pitcher.
