The Arkansas Travelers and the Tulsa Drillers will take the Round 1 to a decisive 5th game. Facing a must-win situation today, the Travelers shut out the Drillers 5-0 at ONEOK Field to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Arkansas right-hander Tyler Frohwirth Jr. did his part. He threw 9.0 innings of shutout ball.

Frohwirth Jr. was in the zone all game. He frustrated Tulsa hitters while giving the Travelers 9 innings of quality work. Frohwirth Jr. threw 105 pitches, allowing 6 hits and getting 3 punchouts.

"At least it was over quickly," Drillers manager Drew Benes said. "We'll just have to try our luck again."

The next game is set to be played for Monday, September 10th , 2040 at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock.
