Toros Montanez Gets No-Hitter
There was magic on the mound today at Estadio Domingo Santana as Tijuana Toros starter Vinny Montanez no-hit the Leon Bravos.

Montanez held Leon hitters spellbound and helpless in a masterful display of pitching, leading the Toros to a 3-0 win.

"It was like I was in a dream," Montanez said afterward. "The ball just went right where I wanted it to."

In his mound masterpiece, Montanez rang up 7 strikeouts and issued 2 walks.
