Loggans Dominant in Expos Victory
|
Starting pitcher Brad Loggans was a major factor in the 3-1 Montreal Expos triumph over the Boston Red Sox. The save went to Dave Blackstone, number 2 for him. With the win, Montreal pushed its record to 26-13.
Loggans worked his mojo for Montreal. The hard-throwing right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 6.1 innings of work.
"We're in a marathon, not a sprint," said Loggans. "But I like how we're playing right now."
