Voodoo Keep Streak Alive With 6-3 Win
The New Orleans Voodoo defeated the Minnesota Twins, 6-3. Doing his part was second baseman Jerry Reynoso, who went 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. New Orleans reliever Alex Morales picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Pat Bois absorbed the loss. Dave Bernal collected his 11th save.

New Orleans took a 6-3 lead on Greg Reynolds's 6th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Reynolds hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Minnesota pitcher Dan Gillispie shaking his head.

"Hitting, winning. It's just contagious," said Reynolds.

New Orleans has a record of 27-11, placing them first in the American League Central Division.
