Laitinen 'Lights Out' in West Virginia Win
The West Virginia Power beat the Lexington Legends, 6-1. West Virginia pitcher and Hempstead, Texas, native Bob Laitinen led the way. With the victory, the Power record now stands at 48-27.

The Power liked what they saw from Laitinen. The 21-year old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Legends to 1 run on 2 hits over 9 innings, and striking out 11.

"There are times you get yourself out and there are times you come through," Laitinen said. "That's how it goes."
