In a close game at High Rollers Coliseum, the Milwaukee Mobsters edged the Las Vegas High Rollers, 5-4. Milwaukee second baseman Wayne Bailey stood apart with his performance. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Yvon Surowiec closed the door for Milwaukee, picking up his 26th save of the year. The 5th-place Mobsters hiked their record to 56-67.

Had Bailey not come through in the top of the ninth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Bailey hit a run-scoring single. The Mobsters took the lead, 5-4, and never looked back.

"See ball, hit ball. When I think too much, that's when I get in trouble," Bailey told the Milwaukee Herald.
