New Orleans Beaten, 6-4, by Las Vegas

The 6-4 Las Vegas win over New Orleans was due in large part to Nate Acosta. The High Rollers shortstop went 2-3 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The winner was Las Vegas reliever Esteban Arista, now 9-3. The loser was Josh Tidwell. Chris Calvert finished to wrap up his 41st save.
Acosta had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a first pitch changeup from Josh Tidwell, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the High Rollers a 5-4 lead. It was the 12th home run of the year for Acosta.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Acosta told the Las Vegas Times.
The High Rollers improved their record to 91-64 by beating New Orleans.
