Guardians Blue Sweep Round 3 Saturday, September 20th , 2025 The Cleveland (DSL) Guardians Blue ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Pittsburgh (DSL) Pirates Black 15-8 to win the Round 3. Cleveland (DSL) won the series 4-0, capturing the title for the 1st time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Cleveland (DSL) manager Juan De La Cruz. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 44-16 and claimed second place in the Northwest Division. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and center fielder Heribert Silva said the Guardians Blue have "great fans and they deserve this."
