Diomede Sierra of the Amarillo Sod Poodles humiliated the Midland RockHounds at Hodgetown, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 4 hits.

"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Midland manager Gregorio Petit, after the game.

Sierra whiffed 6 and walked 4 in the 9-0 win.

"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Sierra said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
