Conner Selected Top Performer in ESBL3 Monday, October 6th , 2008 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Manchester's Chris Conner put up last week were the envy of the league, as Conner came away with Eurasian Super Baseball League Three Player of the Week honors. He belted out 11 hits in 26 at-bats, no home runs and 7 RBIs last week as he posted his .423 batting average. Conner currently has a .296 batting average with 72 hits, 10 homers, 32 RBIs, 38 runs scored and a .351 OBP. |
