Goldeyes Walk It Off for 46th Win of Season
The Winnipeg Goldeyes picked up a win at Shaw Park, knocking off the San Francisco Breakers, 4-3. Starting pitcher Mike Leal played a key role in the triumph. Winnipeg reliever Don Morgan picked up the win, raising his record to 3-3. Don McIntyre was tagged with the loss. The loss makes San Francisco 47-47.

The decisive blow was delivered by Steven Crawford in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off 32-year old right-handed pitcher Don McIntyre to win the game for Winnipeg. The home crowd went nuts.

"All in all, I thought Mike pitched a fine game for us tonight," said Winnipeg manager David Jones.
