Tadmor's 22-Game Hitting Streak Ends Saturday, August 13th , 2078 The Clarks Diablos pitching staff did its job today, holding hot-hitting Shai Tadmor hitless in 3 at-bats during the club's 9-1 victory over the Pleasant Hills Jungle Cats at Diablos Grounds. The disappointing performance ended a 22-game hitting streak for the second baseman. "I'm a little down right now," Tadmor said after the game. "I couldn't get anything going when the team needed me, and I hated to see the streak end, too." Thus far this year Tadmor has hit .268 with 3 home runs and 25 RBIs. |
