The Guadalajara Tequileros downed the Minnesota Twins, 9-4, at Joe Mauer Field. Alejandro Narez led the way, going 3-for-5 for Guadalajara. With the win, Guadalajara has a record of 81-57. Minnesota falls to 63-74.

Guadalajara used the timely hitting of Park Ward to capture the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Tequileros on top, 7-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

"This was a nice win for us," said Narez. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
