Otters Tear Continues with 5-3 Triumph
Starting pitcher Zoltán Lajos pitched well enough to help the Anchorage Otters beat the Texas Rangers, 5-3. The wins continue to add up for Anchorage. The latest makes it 10 in a row.

In the top of the ninth, Pelino Zurita stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Rangers were trailing 5-3, but had the bases loaded. That's when Daniel Lara made a terrific pitch and Zurita grounded out. Gone was the dream of a Texas comeback.
