Tigers Move on to Boricua Rookie League Championship Series
The Caguas Tigers have swept the San German Otters and are on to the Boricua Rookie League Championship Series. Caguas won 6-4 today at Ballpark Boricua to clinch the Division Series.

"We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Caguas shortstop Jewell Goodwin, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning."

Goodwin won the award with a .571 batting average and a .571 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 0 RBI and scored 0 runs.

The Caguas Tigers will play against the Cayey Cardinals in the next round. Cayey won their series against the Ciales Olympians 2 games to 0. The Boricua Rookie League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
